The Southern Golf Group Pennant Season has once again delivered outstanding competition, great sportsmanship, and plenty of memorable moments across all divisions.

A2 Division: Murray Bridge defeated Willunga 4½–2½
B1 Division: McCracken defeated Willunga 4/3
B2 Division: Oakbank defeated Nairne 5½–1½
C1 Division: Willunga defeated Victor Harbor 6½–½
C2 Division: Murray Bridge defeated Oakbank 4/3
On behalf of the Southern Golf Group, congratulations to all premiership-winning teams and to every club, captain and player who participated throughout the season. The standard of golf and commitment shown across all divisions was a credit to our region.
A sincere thank you must also go to our host clubs for their hospitality, course presentation and ongoing support of Southern Golf Group Pennant competition. The success of the season would not be possible without the willingness of clubs to host matches and provide a welcoming environment for players and spectators alike.
We also acknowledge the tremendous efforts of our Club Pennant Co-ordinators, Pennant Captains and players, together with the many members, volunteers and supporters who travelled week after week to support their clubs.
A special thank you is extended to the Southern Golf Group Match Committee for the outstanding work they do behind the scenes in planning, organising and co-ordinating the entire pennant season. Their dedication and attention to detail ensure the smooth running of one of the district’s most important competitions.
As we continue to review and improve our competitions, clubs are encouraged to provide feedback on the 2026 Pennant Season. Any suggestions, comments or ideas can be forwarded to admin@southerngolfgroup.com.au and will be considered by the Match Committee and Southern Golf Group Board.
